1. Reservation & Check-in / Check-out
Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to room availability and prior confirmation with the front desk.
2. Mandatory Identification
All adult guests checking into Ramarsh Palace must present original, valid government-approved photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID). PAN cards are not accepted as valid identity proof as per government hotel compliance laws.
3. Hotel Code of Conduct
Ramarsh Palace is dedicated to maintaining a tranquil, family-friendly, and spiritually respectful atmosphere. Smoking inside rooms is prohibited. In accordance with Ayodhya municipal regulations regarding holy corridors, non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited on the premises.
4. Property Care & Liability
Guests are responsible for any intentional damage caused to hotel property or fixtures during their stay. Valuables should be kept securely.
