1. Free Cancellation Window
Direct individual bookings made via ramarshpalace.com can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time (12:00 PM of the arrival date).
2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in, or non-arrival without prior notice (no-show), may be subject to a retention charge equivalent to the first night room tariff.
3. Festival & Peak Pilgrimage Periods
During major religious festivals (Ram Navami, Deepotsav, Kartik Purnima) and special peak events, specific cancellation windows may apply, which will be communicated at the time of reservation confirmation.
