1. Eligible Refunds
Pre-paid reservations cancelled within the permissible free cancellation timeframe (prior to 24 hours before check-in) are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, minus nominal banking/payment gateway transaction charges if applicable.
2. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are initiated within 3 to 5 business days directly back to the original payment source (UPI account, credit/debit card, or bank account).
